Veuve Fourny & Fils,
Rosé de Saignée, Extra Brut

Intrinsically linked to the Vertus terroir and to Chardonnay,
Veuve Fourny does not overlook Pinot Noir, which is crafted
here using the saignée method to produce a rosé.
This mineral and tangy expression unfolds with an aromatic
profile balancing notes of rose and rhubarb, with remarkable
freshness and salinity. Long and lingering on the palate, this
Champagne perfectly reflects the character and craftsmanship
of its makers, Emmanuel et Charles Henry Fourny.
